I created .deb and .rpm packages for Debian GNU/Linux jessie, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS,
Ubuntu 16.10 and CentOS 7: https://github.com/kou/arrow-packages
I used the package repository server that is maintained by me because I didn't
know about Apache Arrow's policy.
