The [latest change to ant's KEYS 
file|https://github.com/apache/ant/commit/0e9021fe5fa6e5db953921c85ccc68bd25327b28]
 was to add cduffy (and incidentally was made while they were still on 
subversion). 3 years later, that change has not been copied into the only 
version of the KEYS file that matters, https://www.apache.org/dist/ant/KEYS. I 
think this proves my point.
