Appveyor build matrix to be extended with following jobs:
- Toolchain job with libs installed from conda
- Release/Debug jobs to build Arrow and Arrow's 3rd party dependencies from
sources
- Job to build with NMake Makefiles cmake generator (Visual Studio 14 2015
Win64 generator is used in all others jobs)
