This is the arrow.pc file I get in a conda environment /tmp/arrow
prefix=/tmp/arrow
libdir=${prefix}//tmp/arrow/lib
includedir=${prefix}/include
so_version=0
abi_version=0.0.0
Name: Apache Arrow
Description: Arrow is a set of technologies that enable big-data systems to
process and move data fast.
Version: 0.4.1
Libs: -L${libdir} -larrow
Cflags: -I${includedir}
The libdir variable condains the prefix twice, making this file incorrect.
