Could you add "apache-arrow-apt" repository for .deb,
"apache-arrow-yum-centos-6" repository for .rpm for CentOS 6 and
"apache-arrow-yum-centos-7" repository for .rpm for CentOS 7 on Bintray?
It seems that we need to create repository on Bintray before we upload .deb and
.rpm on Travis CI.
