It's imperative that we get ASV benchmarks set up soon so that we can build
up our Python benchmark suite and not accidentally lose on these performance
gains due to work in the future.
@cpcloud @xhochy @TomAugspurger can any of you help with getting our ASV
configuration in order? We could then set it up to run as part of the nightly
builds (alongside the pandas benchmarks)
