@wesm How do you feel about leaving this unresolved for now and I can
implement a custom serializer for pyarrow.serialize that will take care of it?
This won't fix Tensor.from_numpy and also doesn't help with Feather but it will
resolve https://github.com/ray-project/ray/issues/1121
