I like this change (`c_glib` still uses `cpp/Brewfile` instead of
conda-forge).
Normally, `c_glib` will be installed by Homebrew on macOS. (See also:
https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/18590 )
So I want to run `c_glib` tests with Homebrew based tools.
