@wesm Do you have any thoughts about replacing the unique pointers with
shared pointers in cuda_context and cuda_memory? I'd like to merge this, since
there is some follow up work happening on top of it. Everything else should be
safe since it is behind a feature flag and the API is backwards compatible.
