[~wesmckinn], would you be able to verify if the Travis CI has the following
file:
{{$HOME/.m2/repository/org/apache/arrow/arrow-java-root/0.10.0-SNAPSHOT/arrow-java-root-0.10.0-SNAPSHOT.pom}}?
If it does then that was most likely a problem and I can submit a patch to
clean it before each install.
