That would be ideal, but I don't have the time to cut releases of both arrow
and parquet (nor the proper ASF karma/permissions) so someone else would have
to do it. Barring that, that commit would have to be reverted as that is the
only commit from arrow that blocks the build (there are other issues remaining
with the builds, like boost version not being correct on wheel builds).
