[~pravindra] I've been adding {{[Gandiva]}} to a lot of Gandiva JIRA titles. If
you could do this when creating them it would be a help. The JIRA titles are
what show up in the changelog
(https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md) so this helps us
keep an clean and readable changelog
