I see, what happened was there was an automatic version update pushed while the
static lib patch was open
(https://github.com/conda-forge/re2-feedstock/pull/16) that resulted in build
number 0 without static libs happening before number 0 with static libs. I just
pushed
https://github.com/conda-forge/re2-feedstock/commit/d7204675001655d520d9ae24e3316279adafa44d,
so let's wait for that build to run, then we can enable re2 in the toolchain
in your patch
