should have a script we can provide to:
* test that R arrow package's feather functions are drop-in replacements for
[feather package on
CRAN|https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/feather/index.html]
* offer evidence to developers when we try to get people to migrate from
*feather* package to *arrow*
