I'm not sure about AppVeyor, but testing (at the moment) should amount to
executing *dotnet test* at the project root and checking the exit code. The
basis of a compatible docker image can be found in build/docker/Dockerfile that
you can clone and adjust for testing if AppVeyor needs a .NET Core 2.x
environment and/or dotnet CLI.
