[~wesmckinn] [~kszucs] This seems to work as expected for me.
I ran mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=0.14 from java root and it flipped the
gandiva's parent version too in the pom.
Note : You will not see Gandiva in the reactor order but that should be ok.
Alternatively you can use mvn -P gandiva versions:set -DnewVersion=0.14, to
also see Gandiva in the reactor order.
Please let me know if i misunderstood the issue (or) there is some weird build
order in my box locally because i build with Gandiva profile regularly.
