If a {{docker-cpp-valgrind}} job is added to
https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/dev/tasks/tests.yml#L21 it will be
automatically picked up by the nightly docker cron job on
https://github.com/ursa-labs/crossbow/blob/trigger-nightly-builds/.travis.yml
The question remains how to notify the dev@ list when there is a failure
