Description: The Take and
[Filter|https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/4366] kernels do not currently
support UnionArrays, but this should not be difficult to add (was: The Take

Both do require support for concatenation of UnionArrays (since concatenation
is used in take/filter of ListArrays))
