OK, above was just for C++.
Now I would need some help in building Python. I am getting

CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:146
(message):
Could NOT find Arrow (missing: ARROW_INCLUDE_DIR ARROW_LIB_DIR
ARROW_FULL_SO_VERSION ARROW_SO_VERSION)
```
This is strange as I've just build arrow lib.. Do I need to set all these vars?
How?
