This is more than a single package, we need at least
[https://github.com/google/crc32c],
[https://github.com/googleapis/cpp-cmakefiles],
[https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-cpp-common] and
[https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-cpp].
Along the way discovered that we only building static GRPC libs in conda-forge
whereas we there only want shared libraries:
