Might be similar to
https://github.com/conda-forge/pyarrow-feedstock/issues/104, although that was
with pyarow 0.16 (but I also see a "Windows fatal exception: access violation"
at the start of your logs, and it's also parquet related).
In any case, it's a conda-forge issue, so best to open an issue there as well
(or comment on the existing one)
