I'm following the instructions here: https://arrow.apache.org/install/

arrow::install_arrow()

gives error:

{{./configure: line 132: cd: libarrow/arrow-0.17.1/lib: No such file or 
directory}}

{{This leaves me without a working arrow::read_feather.}}
