In the NYC taxi data example in the [Working with Arrow Datasets and
dplyr|https://arrow.apache.org/docs/r/articles/dataset.html] vignette, the code
to download Parquet files from an S3 bucket fails because one of the files is
missing. The missing file is {{s3://ursa-labs-taxi-data/2010/03/data.parquet}}.
Please restore this missing file or modify the code to continue running despite
the missing file.
