At the moment, the main `ExecNode`s are supported in consuming Substriat plans
in Acero with basic functionality. There are pending improvements. Also the
otherway, the Acero execution plan must be able serialize using Substrait. This
feature is currently being implemented. These features must be documented with
a set of examples in using Substrait with Acero.
