We are building a Python wheel using manylinux2014 / Centos 7.
Following the installation instruction here [https://arrow.apache.org/install/]
in the manylinux2014 image, and failed (see logs)
It turns out that
{noformat}
arrow-python-devel-9.0.0-1.el7.x86_64.rpm{noformat}
is not in:
https://apache.jfrog.io/ui/native/arrow/centos/7/x86_64/Packages/
