The Kartothek project does not seem to be active anymore. The last merged
PR was in December 2021. There has been several failures around the Nightlies
for it https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-17683
And
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARROW-16262
This ticket is to remove the integration tests for it.
