### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. In some recent update sccache made setting the [region mandatory](https://github.com/mozilla/sccache/commit/55b4e58beee3862199caf7ef89017dabfd408b9b#diff-38223f4d926268634ccd238486e99b5b0f2cabab2940d81a9389f4af826d75c1).
