   ### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages,
version, and platform.

Hi. The currently available pkgbuild for arch linux version is 10.0.1-8, and
it has been flagged out of date. I need to use arrow on R and I tried
installing it with the variable `ARROW_USE_PKG_CONFIG=false'`. The installation
failed with error. Are you going to update the pkgbuild soon? If not, how can I
install the latest version?
