### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. The [test-conda-cpp-valgrind](https://github.com/ursacomputing/crossbow/runs/14575651881) fails on the following tests: ``` 80 - parquet-encryption-test (Failed) 81 -
