### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. I can reproduce this pretty reliably by running `stress -c 32` and then running `ASAN_SYMBOLIZER_PATH=/usr/bin/llvm-symbolizer-14 ./debug/arrow-dataset-dataset-writer-test --gtest_repeat=100 --gtest_break_on_failure`.
