### Describe the usage question you have. Please include as many useful details as possible. When writing the file with pyarrow 13.0.0 (column not included in dictionary encoded columns) and observing with the duckdb `parquet_metadata()` I see that the DOUBLE type column `encodings` information shows `RLE` next to the `PLAIN`.
