We may want to use `dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh` for our wheel
related nightly CI jobs.
FYI: We use `dev/release/verify-{apt,yum}.sh` for our `.deb`/`.rpm` related
nightly CI jobs.

We could either use `dev/release/verify-release-candidate.sh` to test wheels
instead of `python_wheel_unix_test.sh` or create a new binary verification job
where we use `python_wheel_unix_test.sh` to download wheels from the nightly
uploaded wheels to gemfury and test them.
