See https://github.com/apache/arrow-cookbook/pull/357 for discussion. The testing and deployment workflows for the dev cookbooks used to depend on the arrow-nightlies conda channel. That channel isn't being updated, see https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/41856, so now: - The dev cookbook test workflow uses stable versions - The publish dev cookbook workflow will fail until we fix this @raulcd had the idea of not using conda for the dev cookbooks and building something ourselves using existing infrastructure (like the nightly PyArrow wheels).
