### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. Noticed that the new pypi release dropped old glibc support making unable to uninstall on older linux machines (specifically Amazon Linux 2 in this case), is this a bug or planned behaviour? My specific use case with Amazon Linux 2 is not EOL for another year yet and other versions have run fine before, wondering if this should be put off until next year at least, worth a discussion.
