### Describe the enhancement requested We are currently using a vcpkg baseline from April 2025. We are using this commit: https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/commit/09f6a4ef2f08252f7f4d924fd9c2d42165fb21c9 which points to: [2025.04.09](https://github.com/microsoft/vcpkg/releases/tag/2025.04.09) We should upgrade to a newer version to pull new dependencies.
