### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. With Windows ODBC installer, users have run into error: `The setup routines for the Apache Arrow Flight SQL ODBC driver ODBC driver could not be found. Please reinstall the driver.` And users cannot use the ODBC driver as a result. Users are seeing this error because ODBC driver registry `Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ODBC\ODBCINST.INI\Apache Arrow Flight SQL ODBC Driver` is missing the correct `Driver` and `Setup` values. The issue is introduced by https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/49766 when `arrow_flight_sql_odbc` CPack component is renamed to `ArrowFlightSQLODBC`. To fix this, we need to update the `CM_FP_arrow_flight_sql_odbc` to `CM_FP_ArrowFlightSQLODBC` in `cpp/src/arrow/flight/sql/odbc/install/windows/arrow-flight-sql-odbc.wxs`. ### Component(s) C++, FlightRPC -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
