   The error is:
   ```
   dpkg-shlibdeps: warning: diversions involved - output may be incorrect
    diversion by libc6 to: /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2.usr-is-merged
   dpkg-shlibdeps: error: cannot find library libarrow_s3.so.2700 needed by
debian/libarrow-glib2700/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libarrow-glib.so.2700.0.0
(ELF format: 'elf64-x86-64' abi: 'ELF:64:l:amd64:0'; RPATH: '')
   ```

   This is because the current regex to bump versions does not cover the new
libarrow_s3.

   ### Component(s)
