### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. Need to unset `CPACK_WIX_PRODUCT_GUID` for ODBC windows installer. We should not set this variable in `cpp/src/arrow/flight/sql/odbc/CMakeLists.txt` and let CPack generate a new variable, because if the CPACK_WIX_PRODUCT_GUID is set to a fixed value, users will not be able to upgrade using the installer.
