The published C# Apache.Arrow.Adbc.Testing helper references OpenTelemetry 1.12.0, which brings in OpenTelemetry.Api 1.12.0, and currently suppresses NU1902. OpenTelemetry.Api versions below 1.15.3 are affected by CVE-2026-40894 / GHSA-g94r-2vxg-569j: https://github.com/advisories/GHSA-g94r-2vxg-569j The helper should require the patched SDK and remove the obsolete suppression. OpenTelemetry 1.15.3 requires DiagnosticSource 10.0.0, but that requirement can be scoped to the Testing helper rather than raising the existing core and listener shared-contract minimum of 9.0.6.
