   The `JNI macos-15 aarch_64` job in the RC workflow fails on `main` since
2026-10-30 (both pushes and the nightly run), and some of the time on PRs. The
build itself succeeds, but the shared dependency check fails:

   ```
   Error: Unexpected shared dependency found in
arrow_dataset_jni/aarch_64/libarrow_dataset_jni.dylib: `liblz4`
   ```

   Since 2026-09-17, Homebrew's `lz4` formula installs a CMake package
configuration (Homebrew/homebrew-core@37ff4e579, "lz4: install cmake config").
The `macos-15-arm64` runner image 20261028.0489 ships that `lz4`, so Arrow
C++'s `Findlz4Alt.cmake` now finds it with `find_package(lz4)`. When the
package configuration already defines `LZ4::lz4`, `Findlz4Alt.cmake` uses that
target as is and ignores `ARROW_LZ4_USE_SHARED=OFF`. As a result, the dataset,
ORC and Gandiva JNI libraries are linked with
`/opt/homebrew/lib/liblz4.1.10.0.dylib`.

   Jobs that run on the older 20260907.0337 image don't find a package
configuration, fall back to pkg-config and link
`/opt/homebrew/opt/lz4/lib/liblz4.a`, so they pass. That's why the job only
fails some of the time on PRs, depending on which runner image it gets.

   We already build abseil, simdjson and uriparser from source in
`ci/scripts/jni_macos_build.sh` to avoid picking up Homebrew packages. Doing
the same for lz4 (`-Dlz4_SOURCE=BUNDLED`) avoids the problem.
