### Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform. `verify-release-candidate.sh` with `TEST_DEFAULT=0 TEST_SOURCE=1 USE_CONDA=1` fails on macOS arm64: - C GLib `Failed to load shared library 'libarrow-glib.2600.dylib'`. Conda's bin/bundle is `#!/bin/sh` wrapper, and SIP strips `DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH` - Ruby `.pc doesn't exist: <liburiparser>`.
