### What feature or improvement would you like to see?
The Flight SQL driver 1.13.0 (both the `adbc-driver-flightsql` wheel and
`dbc install flightsql`, which ship the same binary) embeds:

$ go version -m libadbc_driver_flightsql.so
libadbc_driver_flightsql.so: go1.26.10
dep github.com/klauspost/compress v1.20.0
dep golang.org/x/net v0.61.0
```
Patch releases `github.com/klauspost/compress v1.20.3` and `golang.org/x/net
v0.62.0` are available, but `go/driver/go.mod` (and `go/adbc/go.mod` for
compress) on main still pin the versions above.
Similar to #4711, could you:
1. bump those two modules (PR to follow), and
2. publish a patched Flight SQL build to the driver registry, as was done
for 1.12.1/1.12.2?
The bump is a `go get` + `go mod tidy` with no other module changes;
`go/adbc` and `go/driver/flightsql` tests pass with it.
