Fix For: 2.45.0
We should standardize the versioning IDs on Compatibility tests.
It's hard to distinguish if ARTEMIS-210 means 2.1.0 or 2.10.0
Especially that some tests are also validating 2.10.0
So, everything should use X.X.X IDs.
