ARTEMIS-5816: switch groupId and relocate + bump version for new TLP
- Switch maven groupId to org.apache.artemis
- Add relocation poms for most modules to keep old org.apache.activemq
groupId usages working and alert users to switch.
- Bumps version to 2.50.0-SNAPSHOT to give us a nicer and
more easily identifiable switchover version for later reference.
Tweaks docs as appropriate / ARTEMIS-5807
