Revert "ARTEMIS-5824 Bump karaf.version from 4.4.8 to 4.4.9"
This reverts commit e892fbbad3c9425c9896bd54b9d1adb986e022ae.
The combination of Maven 3.9.12 and Karaf 4.4.9 causes an error when
using the karaf-maven-plugin in the artemis-features module.
