Revert "ARTEMIS-5989 Bump netty.version from 4.1.132.Final to 4.1.133.Final"
This reverts commit 021d269ce7ab1aecd9de0b7d7371f5b7e4af34c9.
The upgrade is causing MQTT test failures so reverting.
