Description:
When creating a broker via the CLI (i.e., using the `create` command) we always
prompt users for default credentials. However, there is a {{--silent}} option
that skips all prompts and uses default values.
This should be changed so that no passwords will have default values, even when
using the {{--silent}} option. When using {{--silent}} users should explicitly
define password values (e.g., via `--password`, `--cluster-password`, etc.) or
creation should fail.
