Description:
When creating a broker via the CLI (i.e., using the `create` command) we always
prompt users for default credentials. However, there is a {{\-\-silent}} option
that skips all prompts and uses default values.
This should be changed so that no passwords will have default values, even when
using the {{\-\-silent}} option. When using {{\-\-silent}} users should
explicitly define password values (e.g., via {{\-\-password}},
{{\-\-cluster-password}}, etc.) or creation should fail.
