When I provision the aurora devcluster with vagrant it starts
aurora-scheduler-kerberos upstart job and the aurora-scheduler job isn't able
to start because the kerberos one is bound to the same port.
I spoke to [~kevints] and he said the kerberos one should be disabled by
default.
