Noting that the aurora python dependencies for a uniform upgrade are now
satisfied. The twitter.common.* packages published at 0.3.4 support thrift
0.9.2 and modern pants (0.0.41+) supports python using thrift 0.9.2. The last
remaining issue is solving several python test failures due to unhashable
thrift structs (those containing lists and sets) being hashed in tests and
exploring whether or not this is happening in prod code.
